Our team are professionally trained education experts and are constantly looking at ways in which we can improve our service, working in partnership with our wide range of traded services, as well as external partners to ensure that customers and pupils within educational settings receive the very best from us.
We’re proud to share that we have recently achieved a 100% retention rate across our customer base – that’s each and every customer choosing to continue to work with us in the forthcoming year. This is supported by 98% retention on all contracts, covering everything from HR, employment support and school improvement to catering, cleaning and health and safety. Quite an achievement, but testament to our commitment to work with schools and support them in any way we can.
