Kristina has been working in the environmental/sustainability area of local government since 1992.
Originally, she was a Planner (handling mainly trees and landscape matters) in London and Cambridge, and also worked as an Officer for the Countryside Agency at the time of the foot and mouth crisis and as a Sustainability Officer/Manager in York (part of the project team that developed the EcoDepot – the largest straw bale building in Europe at time of completion in 2007).
Kristina has been with the Energy and Carbon team since 2008 and was responsible for the creation of the team.
