Jess manages the retention for NYES’s nearly 40 services for a customer base of over 400, she also maximises the uptake of our products and is always looking to delight and meet the needs of our customers. Phew! As well as this, she heads up and motivates the team of Client Relationship Managers – ensuring that they provide the high standard of service that you expect.

Interestingly, Jess is half Dutch, she completed the Yorkshire Three Peak Challenge in just over seven hours, and she went to the same school used as Indiana Jones' College in Raiders of the Lost Ark!
