Ellen started NYES in 2014 as a Business Support Administrator and worked her way up to become a team leader and then progressed to her current role as a Client Relationship Manager.

Ellen enjoys working with schools on a daily basis and supporting them to make the best decisions for their school. She specialises in academy invoicing and manages the internal Customer Relationship Management system.

Outside of work you can find Ellen going on adventures with her French Bulldog, Ernie, and pony trekking through forests.
