Emma is Head of Innovation and Marketing at NYES. Her aim is to understand and fulfill customer needs and ensure that all NYES’s products deliver a positive impact on the lives of children and young people – could there be anything more inspiring!
Emma has undertaken a variety of roles in the public sector, including Commercial Strategy and Development Manager at Harrogate Borough Council and Change and Development Manager at Wakefield Council. She has extensive experience in developing strategies and managing complex projects.
After studying for a degree in Marketing and Communications she went onto complete a diploma in Neuro-Linguistic Programming and then a Masters in Business Administration (MBA).
Fun fact - if the human brain were a computer, it could perform 38 thousand trillion operations per second; the world’s most powerful supercomputer, BlueGene, can only manage 0.002% of that – imagine what we can achieve if we put our heads together!
