Claire began working for NYES in the role of Client Relationship Manager in October 2019. She has worked for North Yorkshire County Council for just under 10 years, predominantly with a Payroll/HR background and has qualifications in Business Administration and Business Management. Prior to joining NYES, Claire’s most recent role was Team Leader in Employment Support Services for the Schools and Academies payroll team, so she has experience in working closely with colleagues in the Education sector. 

As CRM, Claire’s role is to support her clients with any contracts they have or are looking to purchase from the wide ranging portfolio NYES has to offer. She enjoys meeting and helping new people!

When she is not in the office, Claire is usually enjoying holidays and weekends away, or spending time with her new puppy, Simba!
